The Rant Drop Point with the Black Blade and partial serration is a true workhorse. The Santoprene handle provides excellent grip in any situation, wet or dry you will always have great control over this knife. There is enough plain edge that this knife can be used as a skinning knife or for everyday utility. The D2 blade steel holds a great edge and can really take a beating. As a general field knife the partially serrated blade is great for heavy duty cutting.
